    ABSTRACT
    In today’s time, digital marketing is one of the most widely used strategies. Search engines are the tools that help marketers in targeting the right consumer, who is actively looking for a product as a solution to his problem. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is at the core of any digital marketing strategy. The entire process of SEM can be classified into Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Advertising, which is commonly known as Pay-per-Click (PPC) method. In other words, it (also known as Search Marketing) is the process of getting traffic from search engines either organically or paid.SEM is very important because search traffic is targeted and thus more valuable than any other form of traffic you can get with other promotion methods.
