About the Editors

Prof. (Dr.) Zeba Aqil is currently serving as a Professor and Head of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Integral University, Lucknow. She brings over two decades of academic, teaching, and research experience, specializing in Psychology with a focus on Personality Development and Mental Health. Prof. Aqil earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Lucknow in 2005 and has since guided numerous Ph.D. scholars. She has an extensive publication record, with contributions to both national and international journals of repute. Her research spans a variety of psychological themes, including academic buoyancy, spiritual maturity, and social adjustment, reflecting her commitment to advancing knowledge in these areas. As an educator and researcher, Prof. Aqil has also participated in and contributed to numerous national and international seminars, workshops, and conferences. Her dedication to holistic development and inclusive transformation is evident in her scholarly pursuits and administrative roles.

Dr. Khurshed Alam, is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Integral University, Lucknow. He earned his Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Lucknow. Dr. Alam has also qualified for the UGC-JRF in Public Administration and the UGC-NET in Political Science. Additionally, he holds master's degrees in both Public Administration and Political Science. With over five years of teaching experience, Dr. Alam has established himself as an accomplished academician. He has numerous research publications in esteemed national and international journals to his credit, reflecting his scholarly contributions to the field.
