Dr. Sher Singh Bhakar is currently heading Institute of Management, Indore as Group Director. The Institute is a multidisciplinary Institution and offers programs in Management, Commerce, Economics, Law and Computer Applications. He has been associated with Prestige group since 6th October, 1994, the first day of the group’s educational foray. He headed PIMR, Gwalior as Director for 17 Years. He has worked for a brief period of 2.5 years as Vice Chancellor, ITM University, Gwalior, prior to joining the Prestige Group back. Dr Bhakar has 30 years of academic and 19 years of defense experience. Dr. Bhakar is a visionary, progressive strategist, an astute planner, and a dedicated go-ahead leader. He has demonstrated transformational leadership style and has been instrumental in taking the Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior to exceptional heights. The Institute accredited in ‘A’ category by NAAC, MBA program got NBA accredited, was given autonomous status by the UGC, was approved under section 2f and 12 b of the UGC, was approved as research center of Jiwaji University Gwalior and was given permanent affiliation by the Jiwaji University, Gwalior during his tenure as the Director of the Institute. Dr. Bhakar is a prolific researcher and has published 29 edited books, 89 research papers in refereed journals, and more than 150 cases as case lead author in case center. He is an excellent trainer and has conducted more than 50 research methodology workshops, 25 case writing workshops and has conducted sessions in more than 100 such workshops. He has also conducted 50+ Executive Development Programs for some of the best known national and multi-national organizations in India. He has provided consultancy services on energy management to few small and medium size organizations. He has been chief editor of five international Journals and special issue editor of five Scopus listed journals. He has delivered Key note addresses in more than 15 international and national conferences.

Dr. Ajit Upadhyaya, who ranked 51 as most influential Marketing Professors to be followed on Linked in a Global research done by Prof Dr Khamitov of NTU Singapore, is having Blend exposure of Industry and Academics, he earlier worked with Vaishnav Management, ICFAI Business School, Prestige Institute of Management and research Indore and Media house. He is trainer, Motivator, writer and researcher. More Than 110 Research papers in UGC listed, Peer reviewed, Scopus and ABDC listed Journals and Patents are in his credit. He edited two books. Under his supervision 15 scholars awarded Doctorate from Devi Ahilya University. He Chaired International Conferences at New Jersey (USA) Montclair State University, AMDISA Conference Maldives and at IMT Dubai. He presented Research Papers in IIM Ahmadabad, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Indore, New jersey State University (USA), Victoria University (Australia) are to name a few. He has been on Doctoral Thesis Evaluation committee of South Australian University. He had been in a Jury panel of National Lok Adalat organized by MP High court as Social representative for more than three years. He is on Board of Studies of Public and Private University. He imparted training to MSME, Insurance, Pharma, Rustomji Armed forces and service companies like Career lift edutec pvt ltd etc. He was invited as Keynote and expert speaker as resource person in International conferences, Workshops, FDPs. Etc. Prof Upadhyaya was the former Director of PIMR dewas, MP. Currently He is Professor of Marketing at Prestige Institute of Management and Research Indore MP India.

Dr. Pratima Jain, a distinguished academician with a rich tapestry of qualifications including a B.Com, MBA, Ph.D., and FCS, brings over two decades of teaching experience, coupled with two years of industry exposure. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at the esteemed Prestige Institute of Management & Research in Indore, she also holds pivotal roles as an Independent Women Director at ITL Industries Ltd. and on the boards of several Private Ltd. Companies. Beyond teaching and research, Dr. Jain is deeply engaged in various administrative responsibilities at PIMR, notably as the Convenor of the PIMR 19th International Conference 2024. Dr. Nandan Velankar is a seasoned academician with a distinguished career. Currently, Dr. Velankar is an Sr. Assistance Professor, at Department of Law, Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Indore. With over 18 years of extensive teaching and training experience in the domains of Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Economics, and Quantitative techniques. He is a recognized Ph.D. Guide in the faculty of Commerce and Management at Jiwaji University, Gwalior, having successfully supervised the completion of Ph.D. degrees for three candidates, while currently overseeing the research of six scholars. Dr. Sukhjeet Kaur Matharu is a seasoned academician with a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in teaching and 2 years as a proficient trainer across diverse domains. Armed with a Ph.D, she also holds esteemed qualifications including a Masters of Philosophy in Commerce, Masters in Commerce, and an MBA with a specialization in Finance. Dr. Matharu’s dedication to academia shines through her notable achievements, notably her authorship of the 4 ISBN books of Edited papers and an Editorship of International Journal speaks volume about her editorial prowess. Dr. Matharu’s unwavering commitment to furthering knowledge in Management and Research is evident in her editorial review endeavors with ABDC listed journals and Taylor and Francis Publications.
