She holds Ph. D besides M. Com. And M. Phil. from Department of Commerce, Himachal Pradesh University, Himachal Pradesh. Her area of specialization is Human Resource Management, Finance, and Accounting. Dr. Bharti has presented more than fifteen Research papers in various National and International Seminars, and conferences on various topics and has published more than five Research Articles in various reputed Journals and Edited Books. She has participated in more than ten faculty development programs, fifteen workshops, five International Conferences and more than twenty-five National Conferences.

Dr. Rajanikant Verma is presently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce, Zakir Husain Delhi College Evening (University of Delhi) with more than twenty one years of extensive academic and professional experience. He has completed his Ph. D. from Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. He holds his all degrees of B. Com, (Hons.), M. Com., M. Phil. from University of Delhi. He has also completed LL. B. Degree from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi and "O" Level in Computer from DOEACC Society. Dr. Verma has written several books in the area of Attitudinal Changes, Corporate Social Development, Human Resource Management, Cyber Crimes and Laws, Business Laws and Industrial Laws. He has organized more than Twenty Seminars, Conferences, and Workshops etc in the different capacity andhas presented more than Forty Five Research papers in various National and International Seminars, and Conferences and has published more than eighteen Research Articles in various reputed Journals and Edited Books.

Amita Yadav is Assistant Professor, Commerce (Visiting Faculty) in University of Delhi. She did her M. Com. from Ramjas College, University of Delhi and an alumnus of Gargi College, University of Delhi. She was the topper in B. Com. in the year 2015, Gargi College, University of Delhi. She cleared her UGC NET in 2017 and was honored with several awards for her academic excellence. She has been a delegate in ICEGOV 10th International Conference on "Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance" held at New Delhi.
