Shubhang Walia Presently working at Institute of Hospitality, Management and Sciences, Kotdwar, Uttarakhand as Head of the Department for Hotel Management. He has now craved a name in the field of Hospitality Industry. He has completed the editor completed Masters in Hotel Management from Uttarakhand Open University, Haldwani and Bachelor in Hotel Management and catering Technology from Graphic Era University, Dehradun. Mr Walia was the recipient of Student of the year for securing Second position in AAHAR-2011 in the degree program and also got several awards and medals. Editor worked as Faculty member at HEC Group of Institution from 2019-2022, before that he worked in different hotel brands in Front office department and severed with different positions since 2011. Mr. Pankaj Kukreti is a hotel professional and an academician, having 12 years of experience. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Institute of Hospitality Management and Sciences, Kotdwara (Pauri Garhwal),Uttarakhand. He has completed his master’s in hotel management from Uttarakhand Open University & BBA in hotel management from Institute of Hospitality, Management & Sciences, Kotdwara. His area of specialization is Food & Beverage production, specialized in continental, Indian and Oriental Cuisine. Mr. Pankaj has worked in hotels like Radisson & Le meridian and various prestigious educational institutions like Amarapali group of Institutes and IHMS. In addition he has published many research papers in peer-reviewed journals & conferences. Recently he has written a book called ‘Taste of Uttarakhand’ which is gaining a lot of fame. He has registered many records like Limca book of records, India book of records etc ented more than 5 Research papers and awarded with Best research paper during the International conference.

Mr. Ashutosh Dhar Dwivedi is currently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Computer Sciences & Information Technology & IQAC Coordinator at Institute of Hospitality, Management & Sciences, Kotdwar Uttrakhand. He has eight years experience in Teaching & Academic. He has qualified Master in Technology from Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University. He has also qualified GATE examination. His area of Specialization are in IoT, Networking, Antenna & Digital Electronics. He has published five Research paper in Internal Journal & Conferences. He has also published two research paper in IEEE. He has also published two patent
