Prof. Udai Prakash Sinha(b.1956) Former Vice Chancellor, Centrl University of Haryana, is currently Professor & Head, University Dept. of Ecoomics, T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. He has authored many books including Planned Development of Resources in a Developing Region (1985), Socio-Economic Dimensions of Integrated Development in India (1991) and IRDP for weaker sections (1996). He has been editing “Journal of Economic Issues” since 2000 Published by Planning Forum, and Anga Economic Society, Universtiy, Bhagalpur. Currently he has been Chief Editor of T.M. “Bihar Research Journal (An International Refereed Journal). He has complete three UGC Major Reseracgh Projects.
