About the Editors

Dr. Naresh Prajapati is Assistant Professor of Law at Bennett University, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Law, specializing in climate change and human rights. His research spans environmental law, comparative law, and gender studies. He has published 30+ scholarly works, presented internationally, and serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Bennett Journal of Legal Studies.

Prof. (Dr.) Deepak Kumar Chauhan is Professor of Law at the Central University of Punjab with 17 years of teaching and 19 years of research experience. Specializing in environmental and constitutional law, he has led funded projects, published extensively, supervised research scholars, and received the Young Scientist Award for freshwater sustainability.

Prof. Kanhaiya Tripathi is Chair Professor at the Dr. Ambedkar Chair on Human Rights and Environmental Values, Central University of Punjab. A distinguished scholar of human rights and peace studies, he has published extensively, delivered 150+ lectures, and received prestigious national and international awards, including the Gandhi Shanti Nobel Prize.

Professor Kokila Lankathilake Konasinghe is Professor of Law and Head of Public and International Law at the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. A leading environmental law scholar, she directs the Centre for Environmental Law and Policy, advises national climate legislation, leads international research, and actively contributes to global climate governance.
