Dr. Tarika Singh Sikarwar is presently Professor & Deputy Director (IT, Law, and Commerce) in Prestige Institute of Management and Research Gwalior. She has more than fifteen years of rich experience in academics and Research. She is a Ph.D. Guide for Management and Commerce at Jiwaji University and five students have been awarded Ph.D. under her guidance and four are pursuing Ph.D. She has her publication in reputed journals including Scopus, ABDC, and Web of Science Journals. She has been on the Panel of Reviewers of several journals being published from India and abroad. She specializes in Corporate Finance, Sustainable Finance, Supply Chain Finance & Blockchain Technology, Data Science, Python and Statistics for Financial Analysis. She is a well-recognized trainer and has conducted several MDPs on Strategic Leadership, Team building, Communication Skills, and areas of Finance. She has organized and Coordinated different conferences, and research methodology workshops and headed and guided different groups in different case wring workshops. She has authored/co-authored more than seventy publications in various known International and National Journals She has also presented her articles in various academic and professional conferences.
Dr. Ruturaj Baber is an Assistant Professor of Management from the Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Symbiosis International University, Nagpur. He has more than 12 years of experience in the field of academics. He is on the panel of reviewers in various journals of international repute. He specializes in fields like consumer decision-making, research methodology, and market orientation. He has more than thirty-five papers in national and international journals and conference proceedings. Scholars have been awarded Ph.D. under his guidance, He has played the role of organizing Secretary for conferences, seminars and workshops. He has also been instrumental in the development of syllabuses for many private and public universities across the country. He also acts as a resource person for research methodology workshops.
